This series of desulfurization pump is based on the successful design and manufacture experience of FZM series slag slurry pump, aiming at the characteristics of China's industrial flue gas desulfurization pump, absorbing the advanced technology of similar products at home and abroad, elaboratelydeveloped a new generation of series of desulfurization pumps.
It can be used as limestone slurry conveying pump, gypsum liquid discharge pump, filter feed pump, absorption tower circulation pump, recovery pump, etc.
FHJ features
1, high efficiency and energy saving FHJ and FHJB pump flow through the design of the parts more in line with the movement of mixed liquid containing solid particles, excellent hydraulic performance.
2, long life FHJ and FHJB type pump flow channel design is reasonable, greatly reduce the solid particles and the flow channel contact abrasion, and the use of self-developed high quality alloy wear-resistant materials, to ensure that the pump long-term, trouble-free operation.
For special working conditions, molded rubber lining, ductile iron or cast steel housing are available.
3. Safe and reliable seal FTHJ and FHJB pumps are equipped with mechanical seal, packing seal and auxiliary impeller packing combination seal for choice, to ensure that there is no leakage, no trouble, maintenance free.
4, easy to operate pump clearance can be adjusted, bearing grease lubrication, simple and reliable operation.
5, reasonable structure, small vibration, low noise, reliable operation.
6, FHJ pump is equipped with direct transmission and belt indirect transmission, and can use gear change speed, hydraulic coupling speed regulation, high frequency speed regulation device, to ensure the safe and economic operation of the pump.
7, FHJ type pump shaft can be lengthened according to the requirements.
8. FTHJ and FHJB pumps can be used in series according to requirements within the allowable pressure range.

FHJ pump are horizontal, single stage, single suction, suspension structure.
The pump is made of single pump shell. The pump shell and impeller are made of special high chromium alloy wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant cast iron double-phase alloy.
