Overview
FY type corrosion-resistant vertical submerged pump is a single-stage single suction long shaft submerged centrifugal pump. Its marking, rated performance point and flange connection size are equivalent to ISO2858 international standard, and its technical conditions are iso5199 standard. Compared with the original FY corrosion-resistant submerged pump, it has the advantages of small volume, high efficiency, good energy-saving effect, reliable operation and so on. It is suitable for conveying corrosive media containing slightly solid particles and abrasives.
The delivery temperature of the pump is generally 0~105 ℃ When the temperature is -20~0 ℃ and 105~180 ℃, the insulation jacket and cooling jacket can be used, and the low-temperature or high-temperature wear-resistant guide bearing can be used. In such cases, the user should explain.
If there is a small amount of solid particles in the transmission medium, the sliding bearing should be lubricated externally (clean water with an external pressure greater than 0.2MPa and other allowed media). In such cases, the user should explain.
The working pressure of the pump is designed as 1.6Mpa.
Performance range of the pump: the flow is 1.6-2600m3/h, and the lift is 5-132m.
Structure description
FY type is mainly composed of pump body, pump cover, impeller, shaft, elastic coupling, pipe flange, guide bearing, intermediate connecting pipe, upper and lower liquid outlet pipes, bearing frame, base plate and other parts.
The suction port of the pump follows the axis direction: the outlet is parallel to the axis.
The rotation direction of the pump is clockwise when viewed from the suction port to the motor end.
The vertical motor of FY type corrosion-resistant submerged pump is fixed on the motor base with double bolts and rotates directly with the pump through the elastic coupling. The middle connecting pipe of the pump body, the liquid outlet pipe of the bearing frame and the pipe flange are connected with bolts and fixed on the large plate. The whole pump is installed on the container through the bottom plate. Except for the liquid contacting parts, other main parts of FY type pump, such as motor base and bearing frame, are made of cast iron.
