FYS corrosion-resistant submerged pump is a vertical structure, which is a single-stage single suction long shaft submerged pump developed and produced by our company in combination with similar products at home and abroad. Fluoroplastic submerged pump is suitable for conveying corrosive media with a temperature of 0 ℃ -120 ℃. It is higher than its peers in service temperature and service life. All parts of FYS series fluoroplastic submerged pump in contact with the medium are wrapped with fluoroplastic alloy. The lower sheath is made of high-quality silicon carbide, which has the advantages of wear resistance and corrosion resistance. Moreover, the pump body and impeller are partially immersed in the liquid, so it occupies a small area, and the shaft seal has no leakage. The rotation direction of FYS chemical pump should be started according to the direction of the pump, and the reverse operation is not allowed. When starting, the pump body must be submerged in the liquid, and the liquid level must be 180mm higher than the central line of the impeller.

3. If you need to transport special media, our factory can manufacture polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) or F-46 submerged pumps.

③ In order to prevent various problems caused by thermal expansion and cold shrinkage deformation, the connecting pipe of the pump is made of composite steel pipe with plastic inside and outside
④ The axial force and radial force generated during the operation of FYs corrosion-resistant submerged pump are received by the adjustable l-center bearing to ensure stable operation and low noise.
⑤ The lower part of the pump is equipped with water bearings. Pumps with an underwater depth of more than 1 meter are equipped with intermediate water bearings to ensure stable and reliable operation of the pump.
